i-Concurr is a trusted Certified Community Residential Services providing community-based support services dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for individuals and families. Our team consists of skilled and caring professionals who are passionate about delivering services that are respectful, reliable, and responsive. We work closely with individuals, families, and community partners to create supportive environments that foster growth, independence, and confidence.

Founded in 2025 in Lynnwood, Washington, iConcurr delivers specialized developmental disability support services within King County. The organization currently serves two to four households to ensure high-quality, individualized care. Single-household placements are not offered at this time. The name “iConcurr” signifies understanding and alignment. A reflection of our team’s expertise and deep commitment to excellence in developmental disability services.

Jen Agyemang
Chief Executive Officer
Jen Agyemang is a Native Ashanti Ghanaian-American leader and founder of Iconcurr LLC. With a background in Computer Science, an MBA, a Master of Arts and doctoral studies in Leadership, she brings a distinctive blend of innovation, strategic leadership, and human-centered care to the organization. Her leadership is grounded in a strong cultural foundation, one that upholds respect, community, dignity, and a deep understanding of diverse human experiences.
Founded from her living room in 2025 with the support of her family, Iconcurr reflects her vision to redefine care through structure, compassion, and excellence. Under her leadership, the organization is building a new standard, one that recognizes, supports, and empowers Direct Support Professionals as essential to service delivery, while honoring the cultural needs, identities, and lived experiences of the individuals and communities it serves.
